In the meeting room of the Pervomaisky Akimiat, chaired by the head of the district Maksatbek Sazykulov, a meeting of the coordinating commission for the prevention of offenses was held.

The deputy chairman of the commission is the prosecutor of Pervomaisky district Rakhat Shergaziev, members of the commission are the first deputy head Rayym Zholdoshov, deputy head Aida Rysbaeva, Chief of Staff Medet Kubatbekov, as well as representatives of the district GKNB of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Department of Internal Affairs, probation authority, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Center for Education, Social Development, lawyers of the Akimiat and LTA.

During the meeting, information was heard on ensuring public order and on the existing socio-economic and other problems of the residents of the district, which may lead to an aggravation of the socio-political situation.

The main point on public stability in the district touched upon the issue of illegal seizure and fraud on land plots.

Meetings are held quarterly, and extraordinary ones as necessary.

It should be noted that the commission was established pursuant to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Basics of crime prevention", in order to promote the prevention of offenses in the territory of Bishkek

The main task of the coordination commission is to take all necessary measures to build a system of legal, socio–economic, psychological, informational, organizational and other measures, and not only to combat the consequences of crimes, but also to take appropriate proactive measures to prevent offenses.
