A scheduled meeting was held in the municipality under the chairmanship of the Mayor of the capital Emilbek Abdykadyrov.

During the meeting, the development of the capital's master plan, landscaping and work to improve the irrigation networks of the capital were discussed.

On the first issue, the need to develop a new master plan of the capital for the next 15-20 years was discussed. By order of the Bishkek City Mayor's Office, a working group has been established to prepare a technical task for the development of the Bishkek City Master Plan.

On the second issue, the head of the ME "Bishkekzelenkhoz" reported that at the moment 4457 deciduous trees, 3715 coniferous trees, 1024 shrubs, 10,500 hedges, 160,000 tulips have been planted, 50 tons of humus have been produced. There are plans to plant 11165 seedlings of hardwood, 4262 seedlings of coniferous trees, 167,600 annual flowers, 60,000 roses, and the arrangement of a lawn area of 73,980 m2.

Since 2023, the company has been producing organic mulch, vermicompost and carrying out work on mulching green spaces with them.

According to the head of the ME "Bishkekvodkhoz", 41 km of irrigation system has been laid in the residential area "Ak-Bosogo". In 2023, it is planned to drill 6 new wells, reconstruct and restore 17.9 km of irrigation networks. New wells will appear at the intersection of Trade Union and Narva Streets, L. Tolstoy-Logvinenko, Zhayil Baatyr-Chortekova, Akhunbayeva-Kok-Zhangak, Auezova-Ankara and in the Theater Square.

Following the meeting, the mayor instructed the ME "Bishkek City Architecture" to hold a meeting with architects on the development of the general plan of the city within 10 days and provide a draft design of the square on Chortekova Street.

ME "Bishkekzelenkhoz" was instructed to carry out timely work on the treatment of green spaces from pests. Also organize an action for the City Day on planting trees.

Deputy Mayor Zhyrgalbek Shamyraliev was instructed to make proposals for landscaping the landfill after reclamation. Deputy Mayor Muratbek Osmonov was instructed to consider leasing the newly purchased buses to interested companies, as well as punching Yunusaliev Street. Deputy Mayor Nurdan Oruntayev should work with tenants of municipal property for the availability of lease agreements. First Deputy Mirlanbek Baigonchokov was instructed to make a full analysis of parking spaces, and the Agency for City Development and Investment Attraction to make proposals for electric filling stations and parking.

The heads of districts should strengthen their efforts to attract citizens to participate in mass clean-up days. It was also instructed to strengthen the work on bringing all advertising signs into compliance with the norms of the state language.
