The Municipal Inspectorate for the Control of Landscaping is strengthening control over the release of solid waste in unidentified places.

Inspectors from early morning carry out raid activities and explanatory work with economic entities on preventing the release of garbage in the adjacent territory.

So, in the morning, we went around about 182 functioning objects and established the facts of garbage dumping near their offices and on the roadway of the street.

In the area of the Alamedin market, three violations of the rules of landscaping were recorded at once. The fast food outlet "Eki dos", the citizen Kaskeev A. and the pharmacy "Sayan Farm" turned out to be unscrupulous. Also, sanitary standards were violated by residents of the street T.Moldo Makarenko E.R., Lurova R.R. They have drawn up protocols on part 1 of Article 115 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Offenses" from 5 thousand 500 to 17 thousand soms for the release of household garbage in unidentified places.

For not maintaining the adjacent territory in proper condition under Article 114, individual entrepreneur Munarbek K. S. on Kuliev Street No. 29, digging "Aalam", citizen Benrdikeev N.B. on Den Xiaoping Street No. 10, resident of Sydykov Street No. 131 Rysbekova A. They face a fine of 3 to 13 thousand soms.

The Mayor's Office of the capital reminds that business entities, firms and companies, as well as individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activities, must necessarily conclude contracts with garbage collection companies.

Otherwise, the inspection will take measures against both individuals and legal entities.
