Therefore, each designated postal operator announces a competition and then sends one competitive essay of the child to the headquarters of the UPU in Bern. In case of victory at the world level, the first three places receive medals from the UPU, and the winner, who took the First place, is awarded with a trip to Bern (Switzerland) to receive a prize at the UPU International Bureau.

The direction of the topic emphasizes the importance of ensuring road safety, the priority of the life and health of children involved in road traffic, the development of discipline on the road, as well as the opinions of schoolchildren, which is important for every growing individual. The essays contribute to the development of logical thinking and allow children to think about big discoveries in the field of innovative and communicative technologies that can be applied to ensure road safety for all road users.
