The municipality hosted the signing ceremony of the protocol of intent of cooperation between the Mayor's Office of the capital and the Czech Consortium of companies – HDT Impex s.r.o. and Regret s.r.o. and the roadmap for the implementation of a joint investment project for the construction of a waste recycling complex.

The document was signed by the Mayor of the capital Emilbek Abdikadyrov and representatives of the consortium of Czech companies Yaroslav Webr and Kamila Danishova.

Within the framework of the signed document, the Mayor's Office of the capital, structural, territorial divisions and municipal enterprises of the Bishkek City Mayor's Office will provide comprehensive assistance to the Consortium of Czech Companies in the process of implementing project activities.

Also, representatives of the Consortium gave a press conference where they presented technological solutions of the Consortium of Czech companies for the implementation of the project.

A draft Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic on the rules of waste disposal of building materials, products, structures on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic and a feasibility study (feasibility study) of the project will be developed. They will also develop a draft investment agreement between ReGreen inc. and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
