A press conference of the Mayor of the capital Emilbek Abdykadyrov on the work of the municipality and the tasks for 2023 is being held in KNNA Kabar.

The Mayor of the capital spoke about solving the problem with public transport in the capital and congestion on the roads.

According to Emilbek Abdikadyrov, the Bishkek Vodokanal PОМ was instructed to work in three shifts so as not to create inconveniences for the passage of motorists during the work on the laying of sewerage and the construction of a collector.

According to him, it is planned to purchase 1,500 new gas-powered buses by the end of the year to resolve the issue with transport. Already 120 buses with environmentally friendly fuel and facilities for people with disabilities have arrived in the capital.
