Within the framework of the Decrees of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov "On spiritual and moral development and physical education of the individual", the women's Council of the Leninsky district organized and held a musical competition "Sarmerden".

The contest is aimed at educating the younger generation in the best national traditions and strengthening interethnic harmony, respect for elders through the development of the great national heritage, spiritual culture, customs, language, as well as the study of the history of the native land, the formation of moral qualities.

The women's team of the residential complex "Archa-Beshik" and the men's team of the residential complex "Ak-Ordo" took part in the competition. The teams competed in the performance of folk songs, national proverbs and tongue twisters.

The event was attended by Deputy Head of Social Affairs Aizada Dzhunusova, heads of the LTA and residents of the Leninsky district.

Following the results of the competition, the participating teams were awarded with letters of thanks from the municipal administration and valuable gifts.
