At the meeting of the Commission on Children's Affairs (CCA) of the Oktyabrsky district, the materials of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Oktyabrsky district on the identification of the facts of the use of electronic cigarettes by 3 underage students at school were considered. A conversation was held where underage consumers explained that they succumb to fashion and are deceived by thoughts about the harmlessness of electronic cigarettes. Thanks to advertisers, most children and teenagers have the impression that Iqos, vapes and other smoking mixtures do not harm health in comparison with conventional cigarettes and even teenagers can smoke them.

Students and their parents were given explanations by health representatives and a psychologist about the dangers of electronic cigarettes and other smoking mixtures.

Dear citizens! Remember that e-cigarettes are more dangerous than regular cigarettes and do not allow them to fall into the hands of underage consumers, since there is 2 times more nicotine in the product than in a regular cigarette!

It should be noted that at the meeting of the CCA 17 materials were considered, according to the results 4 families were registered by specialists of the Department of family and child support, plans for individual work on child protection were approved, and 2 issues of permission for the sale of property were also considered.
