Employees of the interregional department 01-01 of Bishkek city of the Department of Population Registration under the Ministry of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic provided the following types of services:

- Issuance of cloud electronic signatures;

- acceptance of documents for obtaining national passports of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- state registration of acts of civil status and issuance of certificates;

- acceptance of applications for a one-time allowance "Balaga Suyunchu";

- PIN assignment and acceptance of applications for problematic pins;

- registration at the place of residence and place of stay of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- issuance of certificates, extracts;

- consultation and acceptance of documents on citizenship issues;

- registration of biometric data.

These works are carried out in order to properly organize the work on issuing cloud electronic signatures, documenting with a passport of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as identifying undocumented citizens and stateless persons, identifying and removing double pins from citizens, identifying persons with passports of the 1974 and 1994 model according to the "Action Plan for the provision of public services for documenting residents of the city Bishkek and the identification of dual pins among citizens".
