Employees of the Land Use Control Department of the Bishkek City Mayor's Office, chaired by Deputy Mayor Nurdan Oruntayev, are dismantling a canopy and concrete blocks in the Alamedin – 1, 5/1 microdistrict.
Employees of city services work on site together with the municipal enterprise “Tazalyk".
So, in the future, 0.26 hectares of municipal land will be released and subsequently parking is planned on this territory free of charge.
It should be noted that on October 04, 2018, a meeting was held with the chairman of the public association "Union of Drivers of Vehicles of the Kyrgyz Republic" Zh.M.Turganov regarding the provision of land plots for indefinite and gratuitous use, including at the above address. As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached that if the NGO "Union of Drivers of Vehicles of the Kyrgyz Republic" provides positive town-planning conclusions, the issue of granting land plots to this association will be considered at a meeting of the Land Resources Management Commission (now the Department for Municipal Property Management) in accordance with the established procedure.
In 2021, by the decision of the Commission on Granting Rights to Land plots in the city of Bishkek, the public association "Union of Drivers of Vehicles of the Kyrgyz Republic" was denied the provision of land plots for indefinite, gratuitous use.
Thus, based on the above, parking lot No. 2 in the Alamedin-1 microdistrict, 5/1, according to the data of the public cadastral map, as well as the extract of the Unified State Register of Rights to Immovable Property dated July 20, 2022, the right to use is not registered in the State Institution "Cadastre" for the NGO Union of Drivers of Vehicles of the Kyrgyz Republic." Due to the fact, according to the Land Legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, the above association is not a legitimate user of a municipal land plot.
