On February 7, Abdrazak Mokenov passed away.

A.Mokenov contributed to the development of our city and country and left an indelible mark in the hearts of many with his valuable advice and life experience.

He was born in 1936 in the village of Ken-Suu, Tyupsky district, Issyk-Kul region.

1980-1985 worked as Chairman of the Executive Committee of the city of Frunze, was a deputy of several convocations of the Supreme Soviet of the Kyrgyz SSR. He was an honorary citizen of Bishkek.

To date, he has worked as chairman of the Council of Veterans and Workers of the Great Patriotic War of the Sverdlovsk district of Bishkek.
