So, in 2022 MЕ "Tazalyk" completed works in the amount of 982.4 million soms.

The company performs sanitary cleaning of 202 city streets, 3 squares, 31 squares, 1 park and 2 boulevards. All these volumes are distributed according to technological maps. The number of technological cards as of January 1, 2023 is 1,248 units.

Bishkek City Municipality, together with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the European Union, is implementing a project "Improving the solid waste management system in Bishkek" in the amount of 22 million euros, of which grant funds of 11.0 million euros and loan funds of 11 million euros.

Within the framework of the project, work is underway to close and recultivate the existing landfill of household waste and build a new sanitary landfill. Due to the increase in the landfill area by 12.4 hectares, the general contractor has begun to develop an updated working draft, which will include measures for the disposal of filtrate and reclamation of additional territory.

As part of the measures for the implementation of the component "Solid waste sorting Plant and green waste composting site", a draft technical specification has been prepared for a one-stage tender.

In order to increase the number of green spaces and improve the ecological situation in Bishkek in 2022, MЕ "Bishkekzelenkhoz" planted green spaces: 8,038 seedlings of deciduous trees, 2,693 coniferous trees, 4,458 shrubs and 206,153 hedges.

The National Campaign "Zhashyl Muras" was launched in Bishkek in April 2022, launched as part of the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic "On declaring 2022 the Year of Protection of Mountain Ecosystems and Climate Sustainability". As part of the campaign, residents of the city planted more than 5068 seedlings of trees and 10,000 hedges in Bishkek. The seedlings were purchased in the nursery of MЕ "Bishkekzelenkhoz" and other nurseries of various forms of ownership.

MЕ "Bishkekvodkhoz" performed works on cleaning of main channels with a length of 13.0 km and cleaning of collector and drainage networks with a length of 20.5 km for a total amount of 9.7 million soms.

MЕ "Bishkeksvet" in 2022 installed 10,531 LED lights in the city: 5,532 of them LED lights on 402 streets of the city, 3,610 LED lights in 39 residential areas of the city. Also, 1,1684 outdoor lighting lamps were replaced, repairs and audits of power transmission lines (power lines) with a total length of 150.6 km were carried out, a self-supporting insulated wire with a length of 117.7 km was replaced and laid, 2,105 emergency situations for outdoor lighting were eliminated, 1,152 applications from residents of the city were considered and executed.

Following the results of the pilot project, an agreement was signed between MЕ "Bishkekgorlift" and LLC "Kyrgyz Unaa Kurulush" on October 12, 2022 for the supply of 100 elevators with the condition of phased payment within three years, without interest and without collateral. In accordance with the terms of the contract, 20 elevators were delivered in December 2022.

Reconstruction of 8.71 km of sewer and 0.62 km of water supply networks was carried out, 1,737 accidents on water and sewer networks related to excavations were eliminated, involving heavy special equipment and special vehicles.

PОМ "Bishkekvodokanal" is implementing the project "Rehabilitation of water supply and sewerage in Bishkek (phase II)". As part of its implementation, 8.7 million euros were disbursed, including a loan of 6.2 million euros, a grant of 2.5 million euros.
