A board of the Mayor's Office of the capital is being held in Bishkek under the chairmanship of Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Akylbek Zhaparov on the results of activities for 2022.
The Mayor of the capital Emilbek Abdykadyrov, Chairman of the Bishkek City Kenesh Kuvanychbek Kongantiev and heads of city services are taking part in the work of the board.
The mayor made a report on the results of the municipality's activities, and also outlined the tasks for 2023. He noted that significant changes have taken place in the process of municipal property management. The actual income from their rental amounted to 906 million 26 thousand soms, which is 173 million 987 thousand soms more than in this period of 2021. 1 school will be built in the residential area of "Ak-Bata", as well as 6 healthcare institutions in the city.
This year, the construction of 4 overpasses at 4 interchanges will begin as part of the 3rd stage of the project "Development of the Bishkek City road network". Major repairs of roads with a length of 16 km and sidewalks with a length of 20 km will also be carried out.
For privileged categories of citizens, 3,297 families were paid monetary compensation in the amount of 16.63 million soms for the purchase of coal. Also, MЕ "Bishkekzelenkhoz" provided 133 poor families with firewood of 1.5 cubic meters per family.
