The final board of the municipality was held in the capital under the chairmanship of the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Akylbek Zhaparov.
In the field of capital construction in 2022, 15 schools with a design capacity of 6,445 student places for training in one shift and 1 kindergarten for 140 places were built at the expense of the republican and local budgets.
In addition, the construction of a kindergarten in the residential area "Kara-Zhygach" and a gallery in secondary school No. 72 has been completed from the local budget. The overhaul of Kindergarten No. 8 has also been completed.
In 2022, in accordance with the project "Development of the Bishkek City road network", as part of Phase 2, roads were built in residential areas of Bishkek:
- "Archa-Beshik" with a length of 12.2 km; - "Ak-Orgo" with a length of 5.7 km; -"Ak-Ordo" with a length of 3.1 km;
- "Zhenish" with a length of 0.5 km; -"Ak-Bosogo" with a length of 2.0 km; -"Ene-Sai" with a length of 2.7 km; -"Ak-Tilek" with a length of 0.6 km;
- "Uchkun" with a length of 2.3 km; -"Yntymak" - 0.8 km;
- "Dordoi-2" - 0.8 km;
- "Kara-Zhygach" - 0.8 km.
Road construction works on 51 Bishkek City Street with a total length of 19.4 km have been completed through the municipal enterprise "Bishkekasfaltservice".
To stimulate municipal employees, as well as in order to provide affordable housing, a multi-storey 72-apartment residential building is being built in the residential area "Kok-Zhar".
