Today, a visiting commission of the structural divisions of the Bishkek City Hall headed by Deputy Mayor N.Oruntaev took place at the address ul.Sevastpolskaya 6, where the construction of the LLC Baasyz Stroy facility is underway. A 9-storey residential building with retail and office premises and underground car parking on its own territory is being built at this address. However, during the inspection by the State Department for Architectural and Construction Control (GUASK) of Bishkek, a violation was revealed on the part of the customer in terms of deviation from the project.
Also, they are building a multi-storey residential building on Furmanova Street 5 without the appropriate permits.
As a result, the GUASK of the city of Bishkek filed claims to the Leninsky District Court for the restoration of the situation that existed before the violation of the law and for the demolition of an unauthorized building, to date, legal proceedings are underway on this issue.
As part of the raid, the authorized units of the Bishkek City Hall have drawn up the relevant protocols on offenses in accordance with the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, so:

It should be noted that this illegal object belongs to the relatives of the former deputy A.
