On January 19-20, 2023, the II (district) stage of the Republican Olympiad of Schoolchildren in the 2022-2023 academic year was held in the capital.

The second stage of the knowledge slice was attended by 2,375 students of the schools of the capital, who took the 1st, 2nd, 3rd place of the school stage of the Olympiad.

According to the results of the Olympiad, 229 students became prize-winners, of which 151 students who took 1st, 2nd place will take part in the III stage of the Republican (city) Olympiad of schoolchildren:
- in Leninsky district – 34 prize-winners;
- in Pervomaisky district – 40 prize-winners;
- in the Sverdlovsk region – 38 winners;
- in the Oktyabrsky district – 39 prize-winners.
