The coordination council for the prevention of offenses among minors and in relation to them was held in the October Akimat.

The meeting was held by the subjects of juvenile delinquency prevention within the framework of the implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the basics of crime prevention".

During the meeting, the work of bodies and institutions of the system for the prevention of neglect and juvenile delinquency was analyzed, the effectiveness of interaction between inspectors for children of the Oktyabrsky district Department of Internal Affairs, the Department of Social Development, the education Center, MTU No. 6,7,8,9,10,11, CSM No. 6 and No. 8 was assessed.

It was also noted that one of the important elements of the preventive system is the employment and leisure of "difficult" teenagers and the restriction of the time spent by children in public places unaccompanied by parents and legal representatives, the presence of which is prohibited.

The relevant services of the district prevention system have been instructed to intensify activities to prevent offenses committed by both children and adolescents and adults in relation to them, the need to improve the system of redirection and responsibility, as well as other topical issues.

The head of the district Azamat Doroev stressed that due to the fact that in recent years there has been an increase in offenses against minors and the problems are acute, much depends on systemic interaction on the ground. Each responsible employee, for his part, must promptly and promptly respond to the problems of children and, in order to actively identify dysfunctional families, families with children in difficult life situations and socially dangerous situations, conduct joint household rounds in the subordinate territory.

Following the meeting, the heads of structural divisions were instructed to carry out a number of preventive measures with students and the parent community.
