In the Oktyabrsky Akimat, together with representatives of the city center for Combating Tuberculosis, USR, MTU, TSOOR, CSEN, BCSUZ, as well as CSM No. 6 and 8, the epidemiological situation of socially significant diseases: tuberculosis, brucellosis and echinococcosis was discussed at the district multisectoral Coordinating Committee.
Despite the measures taken and the ongoing work on the prevention of tuberculosis, brucellosis and echinococcosis, the situation in the city remains difficult. There are high rates of tuberculosis and echinococcosis.
In recent years, a stable form of tuberculosis has been growing among adults, family foci of tuberculosis, and there is also an increase in the incidence of tuberculosis among children.
There is an increase in the incidence in 2022 compared to 2021, including among children with registered cases of echinococcosis.
In order to prevent socially significant diseases, it is necessary to intensify interdepartmental cooperation at the level and direct common efforts to prevent new cases of tuberculosis, brucellosis and echinococcosis among adults and children.
