Deputy Mayor Nurdan Oruntayev held a meeting in the capital with the sub-tenants of the indoor and outdoor pavilion (“Green Market”) located on the territory of the Orto-Sai shopping and market complex.

During the meeting, the issue of concluding a lease agreement individually with each tenant was discussed. It should be noted that the indoor and outdoor pavilion (“Green Market”) on the territory of the Orto-Sai shopping and market complex is municipal property. In 2016, on the basis of a tender, this land plot was provided by LLC Karasai Service LTD. According to the terms of the tender, the lessee had to invest 20 million soms to improve the territory of the leased plot during the period of the lease agreement.

In connection with the non-fulfillment of the terms of the lease agreement, the Department for Municipal Property Management of the Bishkek City Mayor's Office submitted a question to the Commission for the provision of municipal property on the unilateral termination of the lease agreement with LОC «Karasai Service LTD». The lease agreement was terminated by the decision of the commission.

The Mayor's Office of the capital in the future, in order to get rid of third parties and intermediaries, will draw up contracts with the sellers directly.
