Kindergarten No. 8 after reconstruction was opened in the capital with the participation of Bishkek Mayor Emilbek Abdykadyrov, Chairman of the Bishkek City Kenesh Kuvanychbek Kongantiev.

The two-storey building with a basement is designed for 4 groups. The total area of the land plot is 0.38 hectares, and the built–up area is 640 m2.

The kindergarten carried out the laying of external engineering networks: courtyard sewerage, heating system, water supply, external electrical cable throughout the building. Interior finishing works have been carried out in the building, the facade has been insulated (decorative plaster), work has been carried out on the installation of suspended ceilings, floor installation. The heating system, electrical system, floor electrical panels have been completely replaced, plumbing works have been performed.

Also, four children's playgrounds with a rubber coating have been landscaped, paving stones have been laid on the territory of the kindergarten. A metal fence has been installed around the perimeter of the institution, a ventilation device has been installed in the basement, and green spaces have been planted.
