In the Sverdlovsk district of the capital, under the chairmanship of Deputy Mayor Nurdan Oruntayev, as part of the return of illegally transferred land plots and the legalization of garage cooperatives, the transfer of objects located on the municipal site, which are located at the intersection of Shabdan Baatyr Avenue and Dostoevsky Street, took place.

The total area of the transferred plots is 0.30 hectares.

It is planned to organize a municipal parking lot on this site. Currently, there are capital buildings, fencing around the site and a canopy.

It should be noted that in order to effectively use the municipal territory, the commission for the granting of rights to land plots decided to terminate the right of temporary use for the specified land plot in the Bishkek branch of the state institution «Cadastre» and instructed to send materials to the State Institution «Bishkekglavarchitektura» to work out the issue together with the municipal enterprise «Bishkek parking lots and parking lots» on the preparation of a town-planning conclusion.
