The production and operational management of «Bishkekvodokanal» has been transferred to an enhanced mode of operation in order to promptly eliminate accidents on urban water supply and sewerage networks.

17 emergency crews and 80 units of specialized equipment of the water utility are involved in the elimination of breakthroughs on pipelines and blockages on drainage networks.

At least 10 leaks on cold water supply networks and over 25 sewer blockages are eliminated daily in the city.

Employees of the PES «Bishkekvodokanal» continue to eliminate emergency situations on city water and sewer networks in an enhanced round-the-clock mode. The work of water intake facilities providing drinking water supply to the CHP and boiler houses of the capital has been taken under special control.

In order to prevent freezing of cold water pipelines, PES «Bishkekvodokanal» asks subscribers of multi-storey buildings to close basements and parking lots, and residents of the private sector to insulate wells where water meters, valves and valves are installed, as well as their pipelines.
