The final meeting of the coordinating commission for the prevention of offenses was held under the chairmanship of the head of the Pervomaisky district Maksatbek Sazykulov.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Prosecutor's Office, the GKNB, the Department of Internal Affairs of the district, the probation authority for the Pervomaisky district, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Land Use Control Department, the education center, as well as the heads of the MTU.

Three issues were considered on the agenda:

- about the actions taken to persons who illegally seized municipal land plots.
- about the socio-political situation on the territory of Pervomaisky district and about the measures taken to ensure public order.
- fight against spontaneous trade.

Following the meeting, a protocol of instructions was drawn up, taking into account the proposals and additions of the commission members.
