Works on replacement of the emergency water supply network have been completed along Chui Avenue

Specialists of the PES "Bishkekvodokanal" have completed work on the replacement of an emergency section of the cold water pipeline at the address: 115A Chui Avenue.

It took more than 12 hours to eliminate it. The complexity of the work consisted in the fact that the emergency section of the pipe was under a stop. In addition, a number of other communications are laid under the stop. In order not to disrupt the asphalt pavement of the road infrastructure, it was decided to use the "pipe in pipe" method. The use of this method made it possible not to stop the movement of motorists.

During the event, 50 linear meters of cast-iron pipe with a diameter of 89 mm were replaced, which provided drinking water to several apartment buildings of this site.

Three crews of the water supply service and several pieces of equipment of the PES "Bishkekvodokanal" worked at the scene of the accident. It is worth noting that the repairs carried out will significantly improve the water supply.
