The commission on the execution of the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic "On measures to streamline family celebrations and memorial ceremonies in the Kyrgyz Republic" met in the October Akimat.

The chairman of the commission is the akim of the district, the commission includes all the heads of the MTU, the Department of Internal Affairs of the Oktyabrsky district, representatives of the elders of the district, representatives of religious institutions.

The meeting discussed the work of the commission for a more effective impact of the ordering of family celebrations and memorial ceremonies in the territory of the Oktyabrsky district.

In order to protect the values of national culture and the formation of respect for folk customs, to ensure the protection of health and morals of the population solely in the interests of improving the level and quality of life of citizens, guided by Articles 66, 71 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, following the meeting, it was decided to take concrete necessary and reliable measures for the non-strict execution of the Presidential Decree.

Also to give appropriate recommendations to persons conducting celebrations and religious ceremonies, to take the necessary measures arising from this Decree, to organize a broad awareness-raising work among the population about the inadmissibility of waste during family funeral rites and events dedicated to the memory of the deceased, and other family events.

To ensure effective interaction of state bodies on the issues of ordering traditions, celebrations, rituals and other events dedicated to the memory of the deceased.
