On December 13, a solemn event was held at the Gapar Aitiyev State National Museum of Fine Arts.

The Kyrgyz State National Museum received as a gift a work of art - a sculptural composition "And the Spirit of God was carried over the earth ...". The author is the famous Russian sculptor Alexander Samvel. Member of the Union of Artists of Russia, member of the International Association of Fine Arts - UNESCO AIAP.

The donors were Askar Aitmatov, president of the public association of the Ch.Aitmatov International Issyk-Kul Forum, and Ivan Dubrovin, a philanthropist from Yekaterinburg, founder and owner of the Dubrovin Foundry House. This charity event was timed to coincide with the birthday of Chyngyz Aitmatov and the closing ceremony of the "Cross" Year of Russia and Kyrgyzstan.

Within the framework of the program , the awarding of medals named after Ch .Aitmatov to the nominees.

The mayor of the capital Emilbek Abdikadyrov also received a nominal medal.
