Today the Vice Mayor of the capital Aizhan Chynybaeva met with the delegation of observers of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States (CCTS).

Preparation for the upcoming presidential elections and referendum were discussed by the Turkic Council Deputy Secretary General Mirvokhid Azimov, Turkic Council Deputy Secretary General Sultan Rayev, Project Director of the Turkic Council Secretariat (Turkey) Ali Civier, Project Director of the Turkic Council Secretariat (Azerbaijan) Jeyhun Shahverdiyev and Dincer Hajihafazoglu - Second Secretary of the Turkish Republic Embassy in the KR.

А. Chynybaeva spoke about the preparation of Precinct Election Commissions (PEC) in the capital. By the way, there are 59 PECs in the Oktyabrsky District, 49 in Pervomaysky District, 58 in Sverdlovsky District, and 62 in Leninsky District. As of January 8, all logistical issues were resolved; the PECs were ready.

In addition, possibilities for cooperation within the CCTG in different directions were discussed.

The Turkic Council, the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States, is an international organization uniting modern Turkic states, the main goal of which is the development of comprehensive cooperation between the member states.
