The Land Resources Administration of the Bishkek City Hall continues to collect accounts receivable for the use of municipal land plots.

In 2005, the Laza company was provided on a lease basis with a land plot with an area of 22,660 square meters on Intergelpo street, a contract was signed.

However, the tenant violated the terms of the contract and did not pay for the use of municipal property, as a result, a debt of 4 million 85 thousand 468 soms was formed.

We filed a claim with the Leninsky District Court, in which we asked to recover the debt of the Laza company for rent payments.

By the decision of the district court of December 2, 2020, our claim was fully satisfied, 4 million 85 thousand 468 soms were collected in favor of the city.
