Epidemiological situation
As of November 30, 2020, in the city of Bishkek, the number of registered cases of coronovirus infection and pneumonia amounted to 24,279 or 33.4% of all infected in the republic (in the Kyrgyz Republic - 72,807).
Of these, 13,205 people infected with coronavirus infection and 11,074 cases of pneumonia.
Of the 13,205 people infected with coronavirus infection, 10,638 (80.5%) live at city addresses, 2,472 (18.7%) are non-urban.
According to the age category, out of 13,205 cases of coronavirus infection, citizens predominate:
from 0 to 18 years old - 883 (6.7%)
18 to 30 years old - 2,731 (20.7%)
30 to 60 years old - 6,930 (52.4%)
60 years and above - 2,661 (20.1%)
To receive patients with coronavirus infection and pneumonia, 12 hospitals with 1,151 beds are operating in the city of Bishkek. At 20.00 hours on November 30, 2020, a total of 12 hospitals have 1,151 beds, where 854 people receive medical care, a total of 297 free beds.
To provide prompt medical advice to the population on the self-diagnostics of coronavirus, the "118" hotline was resumed from October 10, 2020. In total, from October 10, 2020, 8,104 calls were received, of which 4,544 were on coronavirus infection.
Mobile teams have been set up to provide immediate and comprehensive assistance to victims of family violence during emergencies and crises.
On the resumption of activities of business entities.
In accordance with the decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Resumption of Activities of Socio-Economic Facilities in the Kyrgyz Republic" and the City Hall of Bishkek, taking into account the repeated appeals of entrepreneurs, the activities of business entities (cinemas, food courts, computer clubs and other entertainment establishments) on the territory of Bishkek are resumed.
At the same time, we remind the heads of enterprises and organizations, regardless of the form of ownership, operating in an emergency situation in the capital to organize all the necessary conditions on the ground and strictly observe the temporary sanitary and epidemiological rules approved by Government Decision No. 244 of 11 May 2020:
- organization of daily "entrance filter" before operation;
- organization of places at the entrance for hand treatment with antiseptics, or disinfectant napkins;
- daily wet cleaning of offices and public places;
- maintenance of masking mode for employees and visitors;
- ensuring multiplicity of air exchange and other rules.
- cinemas, Internet clubs to ensure compliance with the masking regime among employees and visitors, seating of customers in staggered order;
- to catering outlets, entertainment establishments, to limit the number of seats in an amount not exceeding 50% of the total number of seats.

Holding mass events is still banned! According to the WHO definition, an event is considered mass if the number of participants exceeds the capacity of the local health system to organize and provide medical services.
This should take into account not only the number of participants, but also the venue and duration of the event.
I especially draw the attention of our entrepreneurs and heads of trade facilities, markets, shops, taxis, public transport in the event of a hotbed of infection in them or for ignoring sanitary and epidemiological requirements and standards, penalties will be applied with a temporary restriction of activity.
