The Department of Education of the Bishkek City Hall and the Institute of Education at AUCA jointly launched the E-Mentoring online mentoring program as part of a memorandum in the field of education.
During the month, 20 experienced mentors-teachers of city schools will support and help young teachers. Beginners will be able to continuously practice new knowledge during classes.
Within the framework of the project, and mentors will undergo training for more effective work with young teachers. Trainers will be professors of AUCA and specialists of the education department. After completing the course, mentors will receive certificates.
Note that the mentoring program concerns the real practice of dialogue, reflection and feedback between mentors and mentees (novice teachers), and will contribute to the development of young specialists.
