On behalf of the acting Mayor of Balbak Tulobaev, an order issued on the allocation of funds for the implementation of design and survey work on the site of the burnt out General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Note that the balance holder of the building is the municipal property administration (MPA) of the Bishkek city hall. At the request of MPA, a technical conclusion was received from the State Institute of Earthquake-Resistant Construction and Engineering Design at the State Agency for Architecture, Construction and Housing and Communal Services at RCC on the actual state of the construction structure of this building.

Based on the order, the customer is determined - the capital construction administration, which will develop the technical specification.

In the near future, a tender will be announced for the performance of design work in accordance with the technical conclusion and urban planning documentation. We'll keep you informed.

Recall that the former building of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic, located at the intersection of Orozbekov and Kiev Streets, was burned during the April events of 2010.
