Vice Mayor A. Chynybayev establishes international ties

The vice-mayor of the capital for social affairs, Aizhan Chynybayeva, took part in an online meeting of The World Organization of United Cities and Local Governments (UCLG).

Within the framework of the statutory meetings, political discussions were held on the issues of the UCLG Decalogue, which are important for the restoration of peace and the post-convivial era (solving problems of inequality, improving the environment, financing the provision of public services). 

Vice Mayor A. Chynybayeva spoke about the activities of the Bishkek City Hall within the framework of the implementation of 17 sustainable development goals aimed at improving the well-being and protection of our planet. 

UCLG is a global network of cities and local, regional, and metropolitan governments and their associations

By the way, the city of Bishkek has been a member of the UCLG since 2008.
