Deputy Director of the Department of Urban Economy M. Sherimbayev reported that the heating period is in working mode. The Bishkek CHP and boiler rooms are provided with the necessary fuel. Coolant parameters correspond to temperature schedule depending on weather conditions. All preparatory and preventive activities were carried out in accordance with the plan.

Recall that residents of the city of Bishkek receive thermal energy in the form of hot water and heat from two organizations: OJSC "Bishkekteploset", a subsidiary of the national energy holding and the municipal enterprise "Bishkektepoenergo", is a structural unit of the city hall.

For citizens this year it is planned to harvest 126.0 thousand tons of coal. For needy citizens, and we have 3,469 families through the Social Development Administration, all received cash payments in the amount of 19.9 million som.

Also, 600 low-income families received firewood from Bishkekzelenkhoz, in each district 150 recipients. The heads of the district akimiats, the Social Development Administration were instructed to draw up an additional list for receiving warm support.

"Tazalyk" constantly monitors cleanliness on the capital's streets, sidewalks, removes garbage, snow and fights ice. In the winter, 38 units of special equipment and about 40 employees were involved. In normal mode, 715 people work, 121 loaders. At the end of October, 4.270 tons of technical salt were harvested.
