The grand opening of the international exhibition “Kyrgyz EXPO 2025” took place at the renovated sports arena “Zhashtyk Arena” in Bishkek. The ceremony was attended by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers – Head of the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Adylbek Kasymaliev, the Mayor of Bishkek, Aybek Junushaliev, and other officials.

The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers noted that Kyrgyzstan is entering a new stage of economic development and integration into the global trading system.

“The economic situation is steadily improving. We are actively reviving industry, paying special attention to the development of small and medium-sized businesses. The high GDP growth rates allow Kyrgyzstan to be considered a reliable partner, both as an importer and an exporter. Thanks to debureaucratization, digitalization of public services, and the development of logistics infrastructure, a transparent and stable business environment is being formed in the country, where entrepreneurs become full-fledged partners of the state,” said Adylbek Kasymaliev.

He added that the implementation of the program “100 Industrial Enterprises – 2025” continues in parallel: to date, 77 enterprises have already been put into operation.

The Mayor of Bishkek, Aybek Junushaliev, while welcoming the participants of the exhibition, emphasized that holding such events in Bishkek contributes to the development of the city’s economy, attracts investment, and strengthens the capital’s status as a center of business activity.

He added:
“All these initiatives are aimed at making Bishkek a modern, green, and convenient city – a city where people want to live, work, and create the future.”

The exhibition brought together representatives of domestic and international businesses, industry, and technology, becoming a platform for establishing new partnerships and promoting Kyrgyzstan’s potential on the global stage.
