Today, the Mayor of Bishkek, Aibek Junushaliev, together with his deputies, visited the production base of the municipal enterprise “Tazalyk” to personally inspect the enterprise’s readiness for the 2025–2026 winter season.

During the inspection, it was confirmed that “Tazalyk” has conducted comprehensive preparations for the upcoming winter period. The enterprise’s warehouses are fully stocked with inert materials, including technical salt needed for treating city roads in icy conditions. Currently, the warehouses hold 5,479.83 tons of salt.

The fleet of specialized equipment has also been prepared for winter. Out of a total of 92 units, 83 units are fully operational. Among them:

  • 46 units for road sanding and snow removal;
  • 5 dump trucks equipped with snow plows;
  • 24 Belarus tractors for sidewalk cleaning;
  • 6 Bobcat machines with brushes;
  • 3 front loaders for snow loading;
  • 5 UKM machines for sidewalk cleaning;
  • 3 front-end loaders for loading salt.

Additionally, 1,012 employees, including drivers, operators, and maintenance workers, are engaged for winter operations. All are provided with winter tools and protective clothing, ensuring efficient task performance even at low temperatures.

Mayor Aibek Junushaliev praised “Tazalyk” for its thorough winter preparation and thanked the staff for their responsible approach. At the same time, he instructed the enterprise’s management to ensure round-the-clock readiness of all departments for potential weather changes and reminded employees to strictly observe personal safety measures while performing their duties.
