A ceremonial event was held in the capital to mark the 85th anniversary of Lyceum No. 100 under the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic.

As part of the celebration, two new facilities were opened on the school premises: a Green Energy Training Center and the Kyrgyz-Turkish Cultural Center.

In his speech, Bishkek Mayor Aibek Junushaliev emphasized the importance of developing environmentally friendly technologies and training qualified specialists:

"Bishkek is actively implementing modern technologies. In particular, a solid waste recycling plant with elements of green energy is under construction and is scheduled to become operational in December this year. The country needs a new generation of specialists for such projects. Therefore, the opening of the Green Energy Center is a significant and timely step. I am confident that such centers should also be established in other lyceums," the mayor noted.

After the official part of the event, guests toured the new centers and took part in a festive concert program.

The event was attended by First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Daniyar Amangeldiev, Minister of Education Dogdurbek Kendirbaeva, Bishkek Mayor Aibek Junushaliev, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Kyrgyzstan Mekin Mustafa Kemal Okem, and other distinguished guests.
