In the Pervomaisky District of Bishkek, a new public square was officially opened in the “Muras-Ordo” residential area.
The ceremony was attended by Deputy Mayor Azamat Kadyrov, district head Ulan Sarylbek uulu, Head of the Capital Construction Department Ermek Arymbaev, local elder Kalygul uulu Tabyldy, and residents. Honored guests cut the ceremonial ribbon and delivered congratulatory speeches. The district’s active members received Certificates of Honor and Letters of Appreciation from the Bishkek City Hall and the Municipal Administration of the Pervomaisky District.
The square, covering 1.12 hectares, was built by the Capital Construction Department of Bishkek City Hall. It features walking alleys, a mini-football field, children’s and sports playgrounds, a summer stage, an arena, and flower beds. The area is landscaped, with a borehole and automatic irrigation system, modern lighting, and CCTV cameras installed around the perimeter for safety and vandalism prevention.
The project was designed by Building Center Vertex LLC, and the general contractor, selected through a tender, was BM Assist LLC.
The square’s opening coincided with the 20th anniversary of the “Muras-Ordo” residential area. Residents and guests enjoyed a celebratory concert featuring artists Syezdbek Iskenaliev, Zamir Arykbaev, Dinara Akulova, Altynay Narbaeva, Kairat Primberdiev, and the Semetey ensemble. Youth participated in sports competitions, including football, tug-of-war, and traditional games.
