Today, September 19, a ceremonial unveiling of the monument to Nüzüp Esenbay uulu took place in Bishkek. The monument is installed in the center of the roundabout at the intersection of Zhayyl Baatyr and B. Alykulov (Murmanskaya) streets.

The ceremony was attended by the Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu; the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers — Chairman of the State Committee for National Security, Kamchybek Tashiev; as well as the Mayor of Bishkek, Aybek Junushaliev.

In his speech, the Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh emphasized the importance of the monument, noting its significance for educating the younger generation.

It should be noted that the monument was funded by the “Nüzüp Ming Bashi” foundation, and the installation of the pedestal, marble cladding, and landscaping of the area were carried out by the Bishkek Mayor’s Office.
