Today, on September 4, 2025, at 6:00 a.m., Bishkek Mayor Aibek Dzhunushaliev inspected the progress of road works on the capital's streets.

The mayor checked the progress of work along Gogol Street from Moskovskaya Street to Frunze Street. Old asphalt has been stripped here, curbs have been partially installed, and the foundation of the sidewalk is being prepared for asphalt.

On the Kurmanzhan Datka section from Chui Avenue to Frunze Street, work is underway to lay the 1st layer of asphalt.

Along Kalinina Street from Tokmakskaya Street to Pobedy Avenue, the foundation is being laid and sidewalks are being installed.

The construction of the bridge at the intersection of Auezov and Chui Streets was also inspected. Work is underway to install a bridge support.

It is planned to break through the road from Ankara Street to Sukhbaatar Street along Auezov Street, with a total length of 3.6 km.

Reconstruction of Akhunbaev Street from Yunusaliev Street from Zhukeev-Pudovkin Street continues. Emergency pipes are being replaced and manholes are being repaired at this site from the side of MP Bishkekvokanal.

At the intersection of Y.Abdrakhmanov and Samoylenko Streets, work is underway to reconstruct the road with a total length of 1.2 km. In addition, 8 more streets are being reconstructed in the residential areas of Kirghizia-1 and Yntymak. As a result, this will allow for the development of infrastructure and improve congestion reduction in the area.

Following the departure, the mayor instructed to speed up the reconstruction work, paying first of all attention to areas with high pedestrian activity. Compliance with the standard of sidewalk width of at least 3 meters was also emphasized.

It was instructed to carry out work on the reconstruction of roads in an enhanced mode, as well as to take into account the organization of parking pockets, where appropriate, landscaping and landscaping.

As part of the reconstruction of roads, it was instructed to conduct parallel explanatory work with the owners of household facilities on bringing the adjacent territory and the facade of the building into line.

City services have been instructed to carry out appropriate work on facilities that have entered the municipal territory.
