In the 11th microdistrict of Bishkek, a ceremony was held to lay a capsule for the construction of a residential complex "Dastan City" with a share of state mortgage lending.

The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic - Head of the Presidential Administration Akylbek Zhaparov, Mayor of Bishkek Aibek Junushaliev, Director of OJSC "State Mortgage Company" Almambet Shykmamatov, Director of the State Agency of Architecture, Construction and Housing and Communal Services under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Nurdan Oruntaev, Director of OJSC "Expostroy Kurulush Company" Kubanychbek Tuleyev took part in the ceremony.

By the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the KR OJSC "GIK" was given land plots with a total area of 9.64 hectares located at the address: Bishkek, 11th microdistrict, N. Dzhetikashkaeva Street.

It was decided to recommend OJSC "GIK" to use the land plots for construction of residential complex by attracting an investor in accordance with the established procedure.

OJSC "Expostroy kurulush company" stated about possible implementation of the investment project on construction of multifunctional residential complex.

In turn, 2660 apartments will be built on this plot, of which 500 apartments will be transferred to the State Mortgage Company.

The construction period of this residential complex is up to 5 years.

To this day works on coordination of design and estimate documentation are underway, as well as preparatory works on the territory for the project execution.
