The Municipal Inspection of the Bishkek City Mayor's Office continues to monitor compliance with the rules of landscaping in the capital.

Since March 11, 2024, the Municipal Inspection has checked compliance with the requirements of the rules of landscaping by business entities and residents of the city. During the explanatory work, emphasis was placed on preventing and avoiding the spontaneous release of garbage in unidentified places, banning the burning of materials and compliance with sanitary standards.

In total, 2,155 business entities were checked, 366 protocols were drawn up in accordance with the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic. The total amount of fines imposed amounted to 4,503,500 soms.

It should be noted that fines will be imposed on persons, regardless of their forms of ownership, who did not take part in the clean-up, in accordance with Article 434 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Recall that from March 11 to May 11, Bishkek announced a two-month period for landscaping, sanitary cleaning and greening of the capital's territory. During this period, the Municipal Inspection will monitor the condition of the fixed sites.
