On the eve of the government of the Kyrgyz Republic, from December 1, 2020, delegate to local authorities the authority to permit various types of activities in the entrusted territories in compliance with the necessary sanitary-epidemiological and other rules.

Dear citizens! The city hall is ready to support economic activities, in particular, to allow the resumption of cinemas and food courts from December 1, with mandatory compliance with sanitary and epidemiological rules and standards to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Previously, cinemas will be allowed to work with 50% of the occupancy of the hall, respecting all sanitary rules and the mandatory distance between seats.

The issue of opening theaters is also being considered.

On behalf of acting Mayor Balbak Tulobaev within 15 days, we, together with restaurateurs, are developing a separate algorithm for the work of banquet halls and restaurants in accordance with the decree of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 244 on additional measures to reduce the risks of the spread of COVID-19.

Supermarkets and shopping malls will operate as usual, without time restrictions.

On the agenda and the resumption of work of computer clubs, they will be allowed to begin work with compliance with 50% of the occupancy of the room with compliance with sanitary rules. Note that those computer institutions that will allow students during lessons will be closed immediately.
